Dearest Kids…
This letter is specially written for you. It may not be
the best letter in the world but it does contain a piece of hope and a string
of messages from us TEACHERS.
From early morning when we stepped into the school foyer,
everything is about you. We dedicate our time and sweat for you, even until
late evening. We forget our own family just to shape you up and mould you into
a better person. We neglect our own health just to do our duties as teachers.
No, we don’t have regrets of being a teacher. We are proud of our profession.
We will continue serving Insya-Allah. We don’t expect anything in return. Even
though sometimes when:
WE SCOLD – YOU SULK
WE ADVISE – YOU IGNORE
WE PUNISH – YOU CONDEMN !
WE ARE HERE TO EDUCATE
WE ARE THE TEACHERS
BUT YES LIKE YOUR PARENTS
WE ARE HUMAN.
It’s
time for you to realise that we are running out of time. We need to change for
the better. Be an individual who strives for excellence in any field and contribute
back to our family, religion and society. That is the purpose of EDUCATION! So,
lets make our first step towards a better future and I end this letter with the
phrase.
